Rental Fees

• A $150 cleaning fee is charged per stay

• Refundable Damage deposit - $500 / stay
• 3% credit card fee if booking by credit card

Payments can be made by credit card, wire transfer, check or from a PayPal balance. Payments can be made online or by phone.
