How close is the ocean? Approximately 12 feet from the condo’s oceanfront edge. Unit 4B is on the ground floor with no building between the lanai and the Pacific.
How many can sleep here? The condo offers one king bed, two twins that can become a king, and a queen sofa bed. The existing rates apply an additional fee above four guests.
Is there air conditioning? Yes. Ceiling fans, floor fans and louvred ventilation also make use of the tradewinds.
What is supplied for the beach? Beach chairs, an umbrella, cooler, beach towels, snorkels, masks and beach toys are listed among the condo supplies.
Is there a pool? Yes. Maui Sands has a pool surrounded by tropical greenery, plus barbecues, picnic areas and shuffleboard.
